Yesterday’s historic Special Election to allow a re-gerrymandered map for Congressional districts was approved by Virginia voters by 51.5 to 48.5 or +3.

That is where Virginia is according to the Cook Partisan Voting Index.

It was a deeply partisan question put to the voters and they responded accordingly.
